It took a while to finally have my appointment, but it was worth the wait. Very happy with the service provided, and even if there was a wait, at least it wasn't in a crowded doctor's office. They even call in the prescription so all I have to do is go pick it up. Awesome!!
The only confusing part was it seemed as though I was talking to 2 different people. The pharmacy was a little confused. Other than that, Dr Lee was extremely easy to work with and was able to talk to me before my scheduled appointment. Very fast service. Very polite and accommodating! Out of all the online doctor’s services I’ve talked to or dealt with so far, this one was by far the easiest to work with. Thank you for that!!
The doctor was on-time, personable, and thorough. He was good at asking questions to ensure he fully understood what we needed, and he was clear in making sure we knew what our next steps were. He followed-up exactly as he said he would. He did his job well. He also welcomed our questions, and he addressed them thoroughly. My only complaint is they don’t take insurance yet (I don’t know if they will?), so you have to pay the flat fee of $79 out of pocket even if you have insurance. We’re going to try to file the claim on our own to see if we can get reimbursed, but the price is still super reasonable, and the quality of care high.
